- OIL PRESSURE SENDER OR SWITCH – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold.]
- Placed vehicle on lift and found exhaust manifold had been welded in place during previous repair. Catalytic converter assy. was welded to lower cross member in an attempt to stop exhaust leak caused by stripped exhaust manifold studs. Removed catalytic converter and cut away welded brace. Removed driver side exhaust manifold and extracted 3 stripped exhaust studs that were seized in the manifold. Replaced manifold gasket, hardware and both catalytic to manifold gaskets.
