- Customer brought wheel & tire in to be inside patched. Broke down tire and removed foreign object from tire. Repaired from the inside of tire. Customer brought in truck to swap tire. When lugs were being removed all threads were damaged. Cleaned up threads and torqued wheel to 135 lbs.
